Returns & refunds

Because every Noir & Blanc bouquet is made fresh to order, all sales are final once your bouquet has been created.

If your flowers arrive damaged or don't match what we agreed on, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right — with a replacement or a refund where appropriate.

Custom and event orders

A deposit may be required to reserve your date for custom or event orders. Cancellation terms will be confirmed with you before your order is finalized.
